Careers: Brand Partnership Manager

Balamii is currently looking for a small number of Brand Partnership Managers (BPM’s) to manage, originate and close deals with current and prospective brand partners.

Each candidate should have experience and feel confident in answering requests and developing compelling briefs for global brands and agencies, but also on creating long-term, strategic relationships inherent to the success of Balamii.

Each candidate would initially assist the CEO in response to inquiries developing global brand and agency briefs but is expected to work independently and quickly build and leverage a partnership pipeline of their own.


• Strong passion for Music and an understanding of the current musical environment.

• Strong analytical skills & business flair.

• Strong experience within brand partnerships, brand management or marketing.

• Capacity to communicate clearly and efficiently.

• Ability to prioritise, work to tight deadlines and have a strong sense of initiative.

• Create clear, compelling presentations with PowerPoint and/or Keynote to formulate a response to brand briefs.

Remuneration would be directly related to the revenue stream created.
